General Question Uploading Orbiter 2010 hi-res surface textures

Is it allowed to upload hi-res planet and moon textures for Orbiter 2010? Seemingly http://orbitersimulator.com/orbiter-2010-downloads/ is no longer available.

All these hi-res textures sum up to roughly 2GB. I guess it is possible to upload some of them to free file hosting service such as Dropbox and Google Drive.

I understand there is a torrent link on this forum. But it would be better for Japanese players if I can provide another download link. Because BitTorrent is not so popular in my country. (I've been working on Orbiter tutorial for Japanese players. https://orbinaut.blogspot.com/ )
