Sun reflecting on icy haze.

icy hazes are pretty interesting, because the ice crystals can have many different shapes, and in still air that means that can be all oriented more or less the same way, which creates all kinds of scattering phenomena.

In the video, it's probably fairly flat hexagonal crystals, so they act like a horizontal mirror.
