SDK Question Where to get it?

where can I download it?
I ask here becouse i haven't found it on Orbiter homepage, and searching through this forum also gave me nothing...
ideally I woud also need some examples how to implement things like VC and mesh animations... (landing gear, docking port, etc)

Examples and documentation is included in the SDK.
You can download it right next to Orbiter on the Orbiter homepage.

The file you need is named "orbiter060929_sdk.zip" and it can be downloaded from mirrors provided at Orbiter's homepage (except from M6 mirrors, since they don't work). On download mirrors' pages it's in "2006-P1 Edition - Software development kit (v.060929)" section, and on SourceForge page it's in "Orbiter -> 06-09-29" under "Files".
