nah ill figure them out and is there any cargo ships with some docking ports and powerful engines? if so it would be really useful for me building a space station in orbit of mars with missions launched from earth
The XR-5 vanguard may be a better choice than the DGIV. The DGIV,s cargo bay is too small to haul station modules, but the XR-5 can fit a couple, plus a Dragonfly for assembly. Check Doug's Orbiter Page (link in the Quickilinks) for the XR-series and instructions on how to make modules XR-5 cargo compatible.
id like a large cargo ship with docking ports so i could launch several diffrent ships dock with it and then set out for mars so it would be more like a big hub with alot of ships docked to it with the modules in the bay then a cargo ship and when in mars orbit undock the right ones and assemble it on one of the ships ports then after its all done just undock it from the hub.
I recommend the Hius ramjet, Descartes (I liked it a lot better after I went into the config file and bumped the thrust up), or Deepstar. Also, get Universal Cargo Deck and learn how to use it, you can attach anything to anything.
