The other thing is that it has trouble taking off and ksc runway is barely long enough for it so had to disable gear damage and cheatcode the thrust a bit, main ISP is set on (0) realistic iss only . What cargo did you have loaded,two sc40 water loaded is quite heavy so whatever pitch angle I tried resulted in no speed increase.It seems a bit more challenging than the 2010 version where I could pack stuff I don't need:lol:

Well, I did run off the end of the runway a bit (although it did not damage the gear). :p But normally what you should do is throttle up the hover engines to 100% as you rotate to assist in lift-off and then gradually throttle them down as you gain airspeed.

As for cargo, I had 36 XR-Parts cargo modules loaded, for a total of 432 tons of cargo.
