Duh. :facepalm:No, you have a different Energia. You can't find it because you have the Velcro Energia; the window shown is that of Kulch's ENERGY Project Energia.
Sorry about that.

265 thousand tonnes? That can't be right. :blink:
So you use the comma as decimal point? Does that mean that 10.000 = ten thousand to you? (No offense just curious)We in Czech Republic (and other continental european countries) use decimal comma instead of decimal dot.
265,650 t = 265 tons and 650 kg.
I knew I would confuse someone, but i was tired to edit that post :facepalm:
Why is the XR2 being discussed now?
@Keatah
No we can't put more power to the DGEX, the developer doesn't want it. He sayed that the DGEX is no space shuttle and want an airplane-like vessel which can transports very sensible payloads, very safe. You could walking through the DGEX while it ascends to orbit, thats not possible in any other DG or shuttle. So see it more as an spacegoing airplane than a pure spacecraft/spaceship, its a right spaceplane. On the other hand we can't have both today, strong thrust and low fuel consumption. So its relativ realistic to near/future tech with real interplanetary feasibility. All other DGs/shuttles are cheating vessels,sorry. Only if you configure the XR-DGs in rocket mode to Isp values of 4500-7200, then they are real. And then you have already trigol fuel with nuclear heating, with normal LOX/H2 burning you get only 4200m/s exhaust speed (3800 sea level -4500 vacuum). In all cases the main tank is empty in LEO. Is it that what you want for more thrust? The DGex can go to moon and mars and land there and coming back. Ok there are many other pure spaceships which can do the interplanetary travel faster, but they need landers and HLVs for a complet travel from surface to surface. Today we would need 4 kinds of vessels for a interplanetary travel. 1. HLV 2.support shuttle 3.interplanetary transfer stage 4. lander. The DGEX joints all in one ship, not so well like the called 4 specialists, but hes a nice compromise and would safe alot developing costs in real.
Uh, I hate to be blunt, but that big flat spot on top isn't exactly aerodynamic...

Isn't the DGEX supposed to be on top of the rocket?
It looks that way to me. :shrug:
Yes I did borrow the modified DGEX fairing to stick on the top of this thing, only because the other fairing I could find, although pointed at the tip is really long and I wanted to keep the shape small and compact.
If anyone wants to tweak this feel free. I think I've gone as far as I can with the limited coding knowledge I have. I'm surprised I got this far really.
