I'm a bit embarrassed as the scenario was not quite "youtube ready" yet.

I'm sorry for the quality of the video.

I have no idea what multistage2 guidance debug string is. Could you tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?

I think boogabooga means the actual scenario file has issues rather than the video itself. I thought the video was very, very good.

The debug string is merely the string of numbers in the lower-left of the screen.

Yes, I agree that the video was good.
I strongly encourage you to keep making videos to promote Orbiter!

The fault that I find is my own.

The mesh of the Centaur has issues, plus the texture on the fairing. I mentioned 1:04 because the bulkhead of the Centaur for Voyager is more correct.

Indeed, the numbers on the lower left that appear during the Atlas V launch are what I was referring to. They were helpful for helping me fine-tune the guidance routine, but they could be eliminated if they bother you by removing a line in the ini file.

I only noticed because I knew about it ahead of time, and it reminded me that I forgot to delete it when I released the mission. I'm sure 99% of people who view the video will neither notice nor care.

Thank you for kind words.:tiphat: I have received some comments from Japanese viewers, but almost none of them ever played Orbiter. It is always good to hear opinions from veterans.

I think there is one good thing about these numbers--you can tell if AP is working. And I could eliminate these by editing the video if I wanted to do so.

What did they say?

"I didn't know this game but this looks amazing"
"That was interesting"
"That spin was so fast"
"I can't see booster separation"

Japanese people are shy, but on nicovideo they can leave comments anonymously. I always receive comments like these unless my video is too boring.

Amazing !!! the way you have the slight jittering during launch really gives it a sense of power. Music had me in suspense the whole time, until landing. Up until that last scene with the people, ruined the moment for me. Sorry, but other than that it was great.

Thanks

If I would have known my little NH launch scenario would have been used in two youtube videos, I would have been more serious about fixing the centaur mesh and perhaps shrinking the NH fairing logo. :uhh:

Anyway, beautiful video as always.

BTW rseferino, how much fuel did you use to get to 2014 MU69, or was it an edit?

I made the flight to 2014MU69 on the basis that the NH is 35 kilograms of fuel when the Pluto encounter (I stayed about 15 kg, so I cheated) when I reach 2014MU69 subtracted 4 or 5 kg, I will I only review the scenarios ... I dedicate to Orbiter weekends :compbash:

This here small Dot
LunarOB1 first trip..very easy ?

Maybe I'm just to good for my shirt...

Thought I'd try the ShuttleA moon launch to that swinging.. round thing.. up there.. you know, that thing going around the moon. :shifty:

Bloody mouse throttle movement sent me to a 2000Km wild polar orbit.. but none-the-less.. it put me in a prime position to sync with the round thing and come down to 48km distant... all in about 3 orbits...damm good hey!!

Ssshhh don't tell anyone I nearly bombed it.......so I then banged the Aux thrusters in retro.. and 'thrusted' my way to 3km when this recording started. I've accelerated the playback to 10x, as we all know.. it gets boring after a 1000 missions.... actually I've only flown about 5 various orbiter missions, but plenty in KSP.

I thought this rotisserie docking thing might be harder.. though it might be of help to New-Nauts. :)
