Do you have a reference for the 6.7m of the first level? I just came across this, but I don't know if it is accurate or up-to-date. The labels seem to indicate that levels 2 to 12 are 20' apart, that the top of the ramp is at 53', and level 2 is at 100'. This would mean for the first level a height of 100'-53'-20' = 8.23m.Each level is 6 m high and 12 m square. This is except for the first level which is 6.7 m high and 12 m square. There are a total of 12 levels. The Orbiter Access Arm is mounted on the 7th level which is also called the 195' level. One level above it mounted a special structural extension is the Intertank Access Arm and the GH2 vent line. The Gaseous Oxygen Vent Arm(GOX Vent Arm or GVA) is mounted between the 10th and 11th levels.

Hey Chub777
Instead of Reducing orbit apopsis with fuel, try to do a aerobrake or even a direct reentry. It's quite fun... and a challange.![]()
heh "that speed" - using Venus as airbrake @ 1.665M
@HAL9000 & Chub777 - I really like the look of the Prelude Base on the moon without the pad rather than with. I think it looks much more realistic. Very cool guys.
you might want to see the Titan-base-texture I made for REOTIO:

HAL9001, you'd be able to see that logo from space. Super-bright! You need to be careful, you might dazzle incoming pilots....
EDIT: Joking apart, as n122vu says next, I like the pad. That's a good idea mixing the concrete-yard-effect area and the bare earth area effect.
