yes, the mesh is in Meshes/Mir_Space_Station/Docking_Module.msh
config: config/Vessels/Mir_Space_Station/Docking_Module.cfg

(I don't know if Canadarm is compatible with VesselBuilder)

Not sure. It seems your docking module maybe too small?

pmErJ8j.jpg

It looks like it need to be wider so to fit the side wall.

this is from a 2010 add on.

The only dimension I can find is 2.9 x 4.7M

The problem is that the default Atlantis mesh on which your meshes are based on have a too wide of a midbody. The real midbody has a width of 5.334 m (210 inches) while the default Atlantis has a midbody width of 5.68143 m (223.6783 inches, nearly 10" wider than the real thing). And it's too long as well, 18.288 m for the real midbody (60 ft) vs 20.8325 m (68.3481 ft) for the default Atlantis.

So actually it looks smaller. The bar is 5.334M

The midbody is more than jus the payload bay. The payload bay is just a subsection of the midbody. The width measured from edge-to-edge where the payload bay doors interface with the midbody. It's the red line in the attached screenshot.

Here is the DM. You can see the difference. Might just be able to extend the arms.
But it seems the solar panels almost fit the sides?

Thanks. Looks good. I may replace the docks. I think the ODS is similar to SSu so it should be good. I guess both side of the DM had the same dock design

Your work with this add-on is simply awesome. The amount of work you are putting into the details is impressive and honestly when released it will surely be one of the highest quality add-ons. I congratulate you for your hard work, for the effort and for the quality and quantity of things you are doing. My congratulations. :hailprobe:

Thanks. It is not just me. I get help from the forum. I hope to get some of these off my computer and into the hands of others.

Could you remove the red part on the APAS docking surface? That's a "Remove Before Flight" ground processing cover.
Here's some photos taken of Atlantis' payload bay just before the payload bay doors were closed for flight:
