Hey didn't Tory Bruno lead ULA into bankruptcy and a billion spent on a so so rocket , thats the kind of guy I want running my rocket factory. I remimber a hearing with Elon and the first guy at ULA trying to keep ULA as a sole provider for the DOD. How did that work out. that guy retired not long after that hearing and Space X launches about 90% of the DOW payloads at less than half the cost.

Ok it looks like New Glenn will play a huge role in Artemis in the 2030s so I hope this works

Most likely the pad for New Glenn 9x4
152m Umbilical Tower makes sense for a Rocket this size. Fixed UT so no TE.
Will be intereresting to see if they will stack New Glenn 9x4 at the pad or build a serate VAB.

The existing (and unused) tower at LC-36 was likely built with a larger NG version in mind.
