General Question Orbiter for sale on e-bay?

Am I the first one to notice that "Amazing Space Simulator"s initials spell "ASS" when shorted? Anyway, in the youtube vid posted on the channel the "Orbiter 2006 preview vid" titles are not even erased properly at the start. It's like he went through little to no effort to hide it. Maybe...

Hardware Orbiter and ATI graphic cards

I had a 4850 until last fall. I never noticed any problems like that. If it's a driver problem it must be something about the newer ones. Maybe it's a conflict with another program or something? Something that tries to acces the video memory at the same time you play Orbiter?

Obama Backs New Launcher and Bigger NASA Budget

Sorry, updated the link with a more relevant one. 63% is not that far off though.

Obama Backs New Launcher and Bigger NASA Budget

One awesome dude. I read some of those when I was a kid. On another note<--- this is a little old, but maybe it can give some insight when budgeting discussions arise.

Obama Backs New Launcher and Bigger NASA Budget

Uh... IIRC the Mars missions had a 50% success rate. And out of twelve landings, five failed as far as I remember. I can see how a manned mission to mars won't be that reliable in some eyes. That being said, someone has to take that first step. And we won't get there if we treat our space...

Question OrbiTrader MFD - can it be extended?

Even a very basic alpha/early beta of Orbinomics would be great, I think it would enhance Orbiter's flavour greatly. You would suddenly have a purpose to simming, even if the economics are simple at first.

Request direct ascet to ISS/Mir tutorial

Just a side note - if ascending to the ISS seems to take too long and it's boring, trust me, interplanetary travel will be a blast :P. The key word here is "patience". Anyway, that's why the warp function is there for. Regarding tutorials, dunno, what ship do you want to get there in? There's...

Question OrbiTrader MFD - can it be extended?

You mean there are other trading tools? All I know of is Orbinomics, and that's a work in progress. Are there others I missed?

Question OrbiTrader MFD - can it be extended?

Yes, it was selected. Even if it's selected or unselected, everything in the MFD resets to defaults once you exit/enter the game.

Question OrbiTrader MFD - can it be extended?

I just recently discovered OrbiTrader MFD, via the OMP threads here. I think it's a great idea, and I needed to know if any further development is planned for it. It would be great if there will be many more goods available for trading, if the cargo capacity would be increased according to the...

    Methane on mars

I swear, if I catch any of ya on my ranch trying to rustle some cattle, I'll shoot you on sight! A man can't have peace from you jackals, not even on Mars!
