These are quickly jury-rigged buildings, facilities and  vehicles, that are implemented as scripted vessels in Orbiter. They are supposed to be used as victimizable (hit signaling) targets for the Bombsight MFD

a ddons. Their meshes are VERY SIMPLE but they present some nice features like light at night, animation, smoke, movement and transponder emission and frequency switching. As scripted objects they are the sources are available and can be referenced as templates to be used with your own meshes and ideas. 
 One scenario at KSC with all targets is provided for testing and exhibiting purposes.

v1.3. Adapted some code to latest r.73 beta and prepared for the non mesh deleting option for Bombsight MFD which is the default from v1.06 on to make multiple mesh vessels D3D client compatible. Added two more targets: a Hummer and a surface to surface missile mobile launcher.
v1.30a Included some files that were not updated in the last package. Sorry!
v1.40 Still dealing with D3D client mesh management and animation issues; Improved some of the vehicle meshes; Created a parked F-5 fighter target to correct the mistakenly released incomplete development/test vessel version in the last package ( there are 40 targets now!).
v1.50 Enlarged ships to proportion ( still ugly) ; Ships "sink" when hit now; Submarine stays underwater longer and changes speed.
v1.60 Better meshes for some of the ships; Added (making it 41 targets) a (quite) randomically flying jet fighter that you can try to dogfight and hit with Gunship MFD (not really hard but fun) .
