Add-on idea for beginning add-on developer: A realistic Carina

i did not know it yet (And corrected my addition to the Orbiter wikipedia article), that the Carina was really planned one day... and later resulted in the ARD spacecraft launched by an Ariane V. The Carina was meant to be launched by a Ariane 4, and looks like the Solar arrays are designed to be deployed and jettisoned.

It sounds like a good project for somebody who wants to get into making add-ons for Orbiter, and as I currently not have the time to pursue it, here it is. Make it. A version which could get launched by a normal launcher would be nice.

Yes, and it got a docking port instead. Also the size is still too small, the real Carina was 4m diameter and launched on a Ariane 4...

But at least a good visual improvement of the Orbiter Carina,

Nothing past what is written on astronautix. I searched for the ESA sources for it in my universities library, but didn't find anything yet.
