Vessel Addon Request - NEO Net

Has anyone been working on developing a NEO Net for Orbiter 2010 P1 ? I would like to have this addon so I could feature it in one of my Orbiter Films Videos on Youtube thanks -

You can't expect to give people a couple of documents, an idea and expect them to spend months or years developing an addon, just so you can "feature them in your videos". At least attempt to make the addon yourself.
