another version of the Galactic Map

Long time since I didn't code for orbiter
The challenges are in stand by it's a pity.

But I came back last Sunday and to have easy a easy return to code I've dive into the galactic map.

a new version is available on orbit hangar :

3 new features
- a target object can be selected, the distance to the object is shown, a new auto scale has been added to see this target object.
- bases can be shown. It's quite difficult to see on the earth but it was really missing
- the auto scale option is now implemented. the scale will be adjusted every time it is needed without having to do anything.

About the Challenges. I've seen your proposition of translation. Thank you very much. But it is not ready yet.... long coding.... The first test is ok but I still need to review the whole web site. and add many others challenges to begin the adventure.

Hi! Installed and activated the plugin and see it in the menu, but can't start it. I see only as below:

GalacticMap3d
[RShift- ]

There's no control key, like RShift-G or some such...
Well, if I click the > button to the left of it... argh, yep that works. No key binding to RShift though?
