LC-11 is the unlabeled pad at the top, the pad labeled "LC-11" is in fact LC-36A and the leftmost pad is LC-36B.

Thanks to point it out. Turns out the SLC-36 is the merger of the former LC-36A, LC-36B and LC-11.
