My two cents:
Where are the radiators?
The surface cargo could go with a cargo ship. (Is this what you mean with two or more ships?)
I think the lander must be docked on the edge of the ship, where is the hab module.
About delta-v: I'm not sure, but the delta-v of a constant thrust trip must be greater than that of a hohmann transfer.
To answer your points:
1. It seems I forgot to label them (thanks for catching them), but the blue trapezoid things are not solar panels, but radiators. I've done calculations on their needed size.
2. You are correct. Two cargo landers will carry the cargo to the surface, arriving on another VASIMR-spacecraft carrier. The lander here will just be a crew lander, carrying the crew and maybe a bit of cargo.
3. Not quite sure I understand what you mean by this:
I think the lander must be docked on the edge of the ship, where is the hab module.
4. I haven't figured out exactly how to do a VASIMR trajectory, but this definitely has enough for a Holmann, with a crap-load to spare. The attractive thing about VASIMR here is that, although it takes months to come up to speed, the Isp can be ridiculously high.

Depends on what kind of ships you're talking about.
For ferries and landers, the theme so far has been Greek mythological figures, hence Chronus and Hermes
For interplanetary ships, we've been using "journey" type names (Odyssey, Discovery), but I'd like to use New World explorers from here out. Let's just try not to use ones that would bother anyone. For example, Pizzaro is off the table
Yeah that would definitely be of the table:lol:
I'm thinking "Amerigo Vespucci" for reasons that will become clear
