Problem Delta Glider IV spinning like crazy

I'm a new orbiter player. Recently I've downloaded the DGIV addon and just started learning some basic stuff with it.

While trying to undock from the ISS and deorbit, something awful happens every time. If I use the rotation thrusters, the glider starts spinning like crazy and the thrusters continue firing. They can't be stopped in any way other than closing the fuel valves, even hitting "KILLROT" does not help.

What can actually be wrong?

The DGIV has not been updated for Orbiter 2016, so some things don't work. The DGIV works fine in Orbiter 2010, though.
