"Efesto" mission to Venus

The Fregat upper stage has performed successfully the TVI maneuvre.
Efesto is on the way to Venus. Thanks Fausto and FOI for the wonderful job!

In the next hours the spacecraft will perform a distant flyby of the Moon (about 100,000 km).
No exciting images: at that distance, the maximum theoretical resolution of the onboard camera is about 1 km.

The lunar flyby was more close than anticipated: 13,000 km.

I apologize in advance for necroposting. Are you guys going to release this and the Galileo 2 probe? It looks pretty much finished.

Yes, will be released but i don't know when. Currently, the probes are finished and the relative packages can be assembled in short time. But, for now, both are spacecraff3-based. I have not decided yet if release them in this form and, in a second time, update it to the dll with the help of fred18. The dll programming can be pretty long, depending the amount of time we can dedicate to it.
