Flight Question Europa not in expected position

I was flying a typical mission to the Jovian system with the Arrow. Once I had arrived at Jupiter and aligned with Europa, I had UAP automatically do a Hohmann transfer over to the moon. The problem is, the MFD is on target, but the moon itself is extremely far off of where it ought to be, I have absolutely no idea what could be going wrong, MFDs, ships, nothing. There is nothing I can think of with probable cause to do this.

That's... Really odd. That happened to me once, too. Maybe some calculations were off?
