this addon is 7 years old and as a spacecraft based addon can be tweaked to work in 2006 or 2010 - for blue angles format you just need to edit the textures.

And if you want to fly with the 'Angles, you really need the F-18 Hornet. There are some pretty talented "re-skinners" here that could maybe assist with a new paintjob if you were to ask them for help.
