It's cool and rainy here in Pennsylvania. That confirms it's a global phenomenon. It MUST be due to apohelion!

Puget Sound area of the North American Pacific Northwest was sunny and nice today, after thunderstorms yesterday.

The air tonight looks like we're in the middle of a civil war. People in this region go nuts for pyrotechnics. Especially ones they can set off themselves.

It was an amazing display at my area (Rockdale Georgia). People had a lot of rockets. Though all I had was a green type laser pointer rated for 2 miles which was very visible due to smoke in the air. But rarely does it rain here. It was super dry and the grass is so dry and hard it's unpleasant to walk on. Major droughts lately. Some of that English weather would be welcomed here.
