I'm back (again)

So, once upon a time, I was the add-on dev and testpilot known as Mr. Batman. (You may remember me for my Edwards AFB textures.) Then after a catastrophic system failure, I came back a few years later as JonnyBGoode.

And shortly after that, some kid spilled a coke on my laptop. :facepalm::rant:

So now I'm back again. :tiphat: New (well, relatively new) Windows 7 machine, and learning everything again for the first time. (Hate when that happens.) Hopefully this time I'll stick around a while.

Have you Coke and/or Child proofed your new setup yet? I would have been slightly steamed after something like that personally... :facepalm:

Great to have you back! I always thought that ultimate BASE jumping scenario on OHM looked really cool :thumbup:. Any more plans for add-ons now?

Fortunately, it's a desktop and no children about. No guarantees I won't coke it myself though

And yes I need to see if my BASE jump scenario still works. And nice to be remembered. No new plans for add-ons yet... but you never know...

I'm back again... again! But you've all probably noticed that already.

I've had some great times since finding this program back ten years ago. I fulfilled my dream (that NASA took away from me) to go into space. Flew on the shuttle - in the pilot's seat! Went EVA to fix stuff on the ISS. Assisted addon developers ... by becoming a test pilot! (And made a few addons of my own.) Relived the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo missions. Walked in space. Walked on the moon! Base jumped from 50 miles up off the observation deck of a space elevator. Flew the Pan Am Orion shuttle to the wheel space station, with the Blue Danube Waltz playing, just like in 2001 (I even wrote the autopiiot program for that!), then hopped in Discovery for a trip to Jupiter. Jumped over the Valles Marineris in an Evel Knievel-colored rocket sled. Visited all the planets, and a whole lotta rocks!

Orbiter: it's not just a sim... it's an adventure!
