This film shows some good views of various connections to a rocket being disconnected at launch. Its a simple single-stage thin-wall tank design, so all pipes and cables had to run up the outside of the tanks.
Between 11 and 13 seconds into the clip, you can see some structure moving next to the right-hand launcer arm. That is a collection of pipes and cables that ran up into the propulsion bay. These came from the ground supplies before launch
At 15 seconds in, the umbilicals detach from the equipment bay at the top of the Lox tank, At 17 seconds a good view of the Lox tank pressurisation pipe on the left, and one of the electrical conduits to the right of the tank.
