General Question ISS 3.2 MPLMs

Is the ISS 3.2 MPLMs used for supply for water, gas, etc.. on the ISS 3.2 or is it just static. In the STS-102 mission, I attached Leonardo to the nadir port and I can't transfer supplies. I could only choose ports 0,1,3,4 for supply transfer, but none of them is the Leonardo MPLM. So, how could I transfer supplies and equipment from the MPLM to the ISS.

If I remember correctly the supply is only possible with Progress.
