He's no longer going to fly on Axiom 1, but on a future unspecified Crew Dragon flightMe too. All I know is that his flight (AX-1) will be initiated in October 2021.
Very sad to hear this, because NASA is well-known for its safety culture. For instance, in the Space Shuttle program, there were only 2 disasters out of 135 flights. Also, all the Mercury and Gemini crewed missions were fully or partially successful.A space expert warns NASA's safety culture may be eroding again
As they are "part-owners" of the ISS, it should be in their interests to keep it safe.not sure what the ISS mishap had to do with NASA. Wasn’t their module.

the breakdown of the only toilet in the American segment and the use of diapers could be the cause of a nervous breakdown (using diapers in a confined space with circulating air can humiliate a person's dignity in the eyes of others)
NASA decided not to hand over to the opponent
1) recording from video cameras installed outside the station
2) set of drills used outside the station
name of the culprit was known immediately after the incident (you can even say during the incident) NASA was not so keenly interested in this incident before (exclusively for clinical propaganda purposes) it is unlikely that the name of the culprit will be named due to attacks and inadequate Western media
ISS produces a constant hum and noise, a working drill can get lost
