MFD's on external monitors

Hi, sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum

But anyways, I am making a cockpit space simulator of the XR-2 Ravenstar, and I have some micro 7 inch USB/VGA input displays. I wanted to know if it would be possible to just have the MFD being displayed on these screens?

You can use externalMFD. It actually comes with orbiter.

I see there is a RemoteMFD, and ExternalMFD. What is the difference, and which should I use?

From the sourceforge, it seems like I would be needing multiple computers which I dont really want to do. I am not sure what ExternalMFD is, though I do see ExtMFD in Orbiter as TSPenguin said.

Can anyone explain any of this?
