i think orbiter should have like a 2 player co-op it would be tons of fun with all the addons that exist and it would be even more fun to plan missions with a friend and do slingshot maneuvers and stuff

There's OMP (Orbiter MultiPlayer), though I have never used it, so I don't know how it works. If OHM is back online, you'll probably find it there.
Oh, and ! make sure you visit the meet and greet section and say hi!

OMP may be unreachable at some times:

The OMP Server (the multiplayer game host) is still running manualy and offline at the following times:

Almost every Wednesday from ~18:00 CET till Thursday ~18:00 CET

- Fri 07.10.2011 ~18:00 CET till Sun 09.10.2011 ~18:00 CET
- Sat 15.10.2011 ~18:00 CET till Sun 16.10.2011 ~18:00 CET

Website and TS will be online.

Server may go down earlier due to dynamic IP - but will come up after 18:00 CET due to my more or less fast intervention.


... BTW there are still pilots flying around in OMP every day, but you never meet at same time.

If the OP only wants himself and other using OMP he could set it up himself then try out what he wants to do.

Personally I don't know of a single addon that would work particually well with OMP. none are designed for two user input.

Of course you do not connect to OMP, but to a specific OMP server. Everyone can host his own with the binaries provided.
