So I get this. It can launch the mk1 into an 460 km orbit and land on the ship.

I think really the only thing I might add is more cameras

I know I am jumping ahead a bit but the second stage burns all its fuel so no way to do the TLI burn so this will need an upper stage for this maybe a Centaur C prime for this MK 1 and a Centaur prime for the MK 2.

Does the MK 1 carry enough fuel to do both the LOI and landing burn

Not sure. Maybe a lower orbit rather than 460 km
I think for mk2 it might use the fuel tanker as a tug.

I think we need a guidance person to set up a launch date and time.

MK 1 does the TLI burn.
MK 2 is refuelled in earth orbit and then does TLI. Another refueling in Lunar Orbit by the CLT for landing

NG can get it into orbit. But like I said it would nice to have a guidance person see if it can go from earth to the moon

I wonder what the difference between transporter and refueler?

But for the mk1 test. It goes from LEO to the moon. That is what we need to see if it can

Transporter is the vehicle that carrys the fuel to lunar orbit and docks with the lander, its like the Depot for SpaceX HLS
Refuller is like the Starship tanker to launch the fuel
