They are things that you have said, without completely understanding them.
The moderator "issue" that you had for example.

Whats wrong with three moderators Fireballs? When one is away the other one can take over moderation. It's like the shuttle having multiple backup systems that kick in if one fails.Except in this case the person wont fail they will be away from their computer.

Whats the ratio of moderators to users?

Right now you are just moderating each other and the suggestion that one can take over from the other is laughable given the fact that all of you who are moderators didn't do this very thing for VOSSA. You realised there were problems but rather than trying to save the situation you walked away.

Why do I have the feeling that when you don't have time to commit to this VSA your moderators will do the same?

I would not join this VSA because none of you have shown any loyalty or commitment to VOSSA. The going got tough. you gave up.

OK, look, i did everything i could, but nothing happened. I couldn't show up for training, and i told the deputy director that, and he was fine with it. When i came back, no one went to the training. No one has since.
BTW: I'm not asking you to join. If i had wanted you to join i would have asked. I know you wouldn't have anyways, but whatever.
I do have the time, there are just certain times that don't work for me and i can't change the training schedule to bend to my schedule.

You should really have it closed. An open VSA will only end up like VOSSA because it is always the open VSA's that fail and the closed ones that succeed. Its all about other Orbiter users and their commitment levels, the fact that they do not want to fly missions that they havent planned themselves and the commitment is lost.

For clarification:

Open VSA: You plan and other people fly missions.
Closed VSA: You plan and fly missions without others.

I have only assigned mission to those who can and will fly. My forums are open, and membership is open, but flying is closed to those who can. Besides, forums are supposed to open.

Hey get your facts straight:I was not a VOSSA moderator.I only flew missions for them.

Why is the gear down on the DG? The nose gear would smash into the top of the 747 causing serious damage.

Ky says that the DG glitched up and he could do nothing.
BTW: The Captive-Active Flight Test #1 photos are up.

Try not to notice them.... right. Not a very good ferry flight if you have to ignore an obvious issue.

There is a reason the gear didn't go up and it's not glitched.

Well talk to him not to me. Is it my fault they didn't go up?
I wasn't the one flying it. Not saying ky did a bad job, he just couldn't figure that out

We are accepting pilots, but to fly a mission, you must be able to fly that mission proficiently.

Not being able to get the landing gear up doesn't sound very proficient to me, sorry.
