Problem Nexiss Orbital Command Center crashes scenario

The Nexiss Orbital Command Center is a nice addon, but if any of its modules are added to a scenario, then said scenario is saved, exited, and reloaded, Orbiter crashes. This problem is almost certainly related to the Nexiss module(s), because once the module(s) is (are) removed from the scenario (via Notepad), the scenario loads again. The question is why?

Nearly clean Orbiter installation; only OrbiterSound, DGIV, UMMU, UCGO, XR5 Vanguard 1.8 (latest version), and the Nexiss addon installed.

Maybe this is something to do with the XR memory bug.

Indeed I would also be interested to know the answer to this because its a simple config based vessel, It would be good to know if there is a problem with the way I mesh / Texture or anything else for that matter before I create anymore addons.
I have not encountered this problem before and have tried to recreate the problem but am unable to.
Currently using Orbiter 2010P1

any help would be gratefully recieved

There's nothing wrong in the log, so the crash must happen after initialisation. The scenario that causes the crash might give more information.

Try changing all the spaces to underscores so that:

I have a feeling that one of those spaces is causing orbiter some distress.

Off course "SPACES" thats given me no end of headache's in the past when building space stations :facepalm:

The spaces work for initialising the vessels, but I think they cause trouble in the docking list, as the docking list uses spaces to separate the entries...

Well, adding the underscores changed something. Now I get a "Terminating after critical error" CTD (I can't remember exactly what the first type of crash was that it was having). Given what's in the Orbiter log, I'm thinking that adding the underscores fixed the initial problem, but created a new one. Maybe I added underscores in too many places. Take a look.

I'm afraid you placed too much underscores indeed. Take a look at these strings:

The part before ':' symbol is vessel's name, and this is the part where spaces are killers. Using underscores here is a right thing to do.
The part after ':' symbol is the name of the .cfg file defining vessels properties, and by changing it you made Orbiter unable to load the correct .cfg file. Nothe the strings:

Ha!! It (seems to) works!!!

The question now is how to fix the addon itself to prevent the need for manually adding the underscores.

In the Config/Vessels folder, the Nexiss modules seem to be the only ones that have file names with spaces in them. Would changing the names to take out all the spaces fix the problem?

And thanks to everybody who's helped in solving this. (Assuming of course the problem is actually fixed.)

Just tried renaming the configs myself, and it does seem to work.

The filenames are not the problem, the problem is the naming of the vessels.
