Problem O2010 showing whites screen and not loading

When I launch O2010, it shows a blank white screen and is not showing anything, can someone tell me what is going on?

Do you have Install\vcredist_x86.exe in your installation folder? I havn't used Orbiter 2010 in quite a while so I don't know if that existed back then.
If yes, I would recommend to execute that.

I just wanted to use 2010.

Do you have more than one monitor? As a first test, I would go into the Orbiter launchpad's video settings and switch the 3D device to "Direct3D T&L HAL" and then clicking Window mode to run Orbiter in a window. That will render Orbiter on your main monitor. If that works, you can try full-screen mode again by switching it to full-screen mode in the Orbiter launchpad.
