How do I retract the RSS from the Shuttle's cargo bay?

You can't, it's a static object part of the main Cape Canaveral base set-up. It's still a work-in-progress and having made the FSS/RSS meshes myself for SSU, I can tell you that it's much better to have the RSS in the extended Mate configuration and then position it when everything is done.
