It was renamed Iwo To BTW...
Well, 硫黄島 is colloquially pronounced Ioutou (same spelling, pronounced differently), but that's not very similar as compared to "Iwo Jima"...so it's sort of a split between being correct or being recognisable.

Ummm I'll go with that. I'm not exactly on speaking, or reading terms with japanese (or recognizing for that matter).

Isn't that sun in the wrong location relative to the light and shadow on the ISS?

I think astronauts mesh need to come in few more pose or position.

Or be animated, that doesn't seem impossible (arms and legs would move in function of speed, when on the ground). I'd like to give that a try, one day ;)

did you try this. [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2998"]http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2998[/ame]

Nice idea for astronaut...but this kind of walk hardly can be done on moon.
For moon walk or moon jump...couple of variation based on Apollo astronut...shurly would give more realistic lunar mission.

Wow. I missed that one. Excellent ! And it has sourcecode !

That animation is really good. Of course, it would have to be modified on the Moon, and our current EVA suits doesn't allow this kind of walk. But it would be perfect for people walking on Earth ; that could add a lot of immersion on some surface bases / airport.

Definitively something to investigate.
