Pete wins the prize! ;) You get a cookie.
(couldn't find any really good pics of STS-82's payload so I had to guess)

STS-82 it is.

It's a trick question, the SLIC didn't fly on STS-103.

That one could be anything...

Best guess is between STS 92 - 129

The reasoning is thus:

1. That module could only be Unity or Harmony, by the proximity of the CBMs to the PMA. There is no OBSS, so it must be Unity.

2. Given it is Unity, it must be STS-88 to STS-106, since STS-92 delivered PMA-3 and the Z1 truss.

3. STS-96, 101 and 106 all had Spacehabs in their payload bay.

Therefore, the mission is STS-88.

STS-92.

You can tell by the fact that the ODS is encased in some kind of cover (STS-92 is the only mission where this occurred, although I'm not exactly sure why). :)

Hi-res: http://www-pao.ksc.nasa.gov/kscpao/images/large/00pp1482.jpg

As you can see from the image above, PMA-3 & the Z1 Truss are quite far aft in the PLB, and so won't be visible in Donamy's pic (it would have been a bit of a giveaway if they were). ;)

Maybe because it was used as Airlock.

Well, there were missions both before and after STS-92 where the External Airlock was used, but the covers that were present on STS-92's Airlock were not present on any other missions.

Hmm... :hmm:

Good one Pete, STS-92 was the only mission to use the "igloo" blanket around the airlock. I'm not sure why it was never used again either.
