Actually, my clue was the PMA2 attached to the Z1, the only time it had been there.

Sorry, I only just saw this, but I would have said STS-98 (no, really, I would have)!

Only two Shuttle missions have ever docked to PMA-3 - STS-97 (P6 Truss) and STS-98 (Destiny).

The program I used to do the edits is called Paint.NET, and I can remember using the 'zoom blur' for the first, and 'motion blur' effects for the second.
