I just bought a new LCD TV, 32" Philips. And now I want to connect it to my PC. The connection is through a HDMI cable connected to a HDMI slot on the back of the TV to HDMI slot on the graphics card.
But when I turn on the TV and select HDMI slot as the source, it just complains about "unsupported video format".
I have been troubleshooting this for the last two days and nothing has worked so far.
Anyone have any ideas? The graphics card in my PC is a NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT which works fine otherwise, same thing with the TV. It's just that I can't get the TV and computer to work toghether.
