OHM Soyuz FG/U v1.2

The reason why you have CTD is that you choose "deallocate memory" option in launchpad dialog. I don't know exact reason why it crash but it seems there is some problems with kmlwriter. Since I've never used this option I'm not really interested in investigation of this particular problem.

Mine always ends up with an engine fire followed by an explosion. :(
Any ideas? I don't have the "Attachment" add-on mentioned earlier.

Edit: It's the Autopilot is starts after it start pitching it pitches down really low and then the launcher starts to burn and then explodes.
Is there something wrong with the autopilot?

Edit2: It was because I had limited fuel unchecked. Thats pretty annoying that I have to use limited fuel, and it still doesn't reach orbit. wtf?

Check the RELIABILITY lines in the scenario for the various blocks (stages.) If you don't want any failures, you can set them all to 100. :thumbup:
 
Read the manuals :
  1. of Orbiter/Orbiter's SDK (which explains the concept of attachement, it's not so easy to understand at first).
  2. of the ISSR project manuals (which explains what you need to know).
And have a nice flight:tiphat:
 
Since Soyuz is supposed to be a realistic rocket, i dont really care if somebody use it with unrealistic options such as unlimited fuel.

I had set them all to 100.
I did RTFM, its just pretty annoying that you can't use unlimited fuel.

Excellent job, Thorton. Another outstanding addon (elated that my new computer can actually handle your excellent ISS quite well). My new soyuz addon of choice. :thumbup:
 
Soyuz FG/U has been updated to v.1.2. New release includes updated LC meshes. Targeting panel is available again.

I'm guessing this is a spacecraft3 thing, but after I installed the base package+2010p1 patch it still does the same error.

The orbiter installation is clean with only this package + ISS3.2 and orbitersound and I added sc3 just to see if that works and the stages.dll or something or other in the modules folder.

Any ideas?
 
No idea. Something specific in orbiter.log maybe?

Which Orbiter version are you using? This add-on is designed for Orbiter 2010P1.

2010 P1 I believe, because it was mentioned that patch has been installed.
 
I'm using orbiter 2010P1, sorry I forgot to mention it in the original post.
 
Have you tried to install MS .NET Framework 3.5 or VC++ 2008 redistributable?
