Problem Virtual Mission Control and Autopilot

I've tried using the Virtual Mission Control program with Orbiter and have run into an issue. It seems that for spacecraft that use an autopilot for anything, the autopilot activates and goes haywire when the Virtual Mission Control computer is monitoring the craft. Any ideas what's going on ? Should I try a different addon ?

I really like the layout and setup of Virtual Mission Control. It looks cool and it's neat to see the flight data real time.
