Where did they put the PMA's

I was watching the assembley mocie of the international space station to get a idea of how to do mine, but what gets me is where did they put the PMA's during the STS-98 flight that brought up destiny. There was 2 on Unity when they brought it up on STS-88 one docked to zarya and the other where the shuttle docks to. Then on STS-92 they brought up Z1 and PMA-3 on the bottom of Unity opposite of Z1. Then on STS-98 they docked to the bottom one, but i cant see where they put the other PMA-2 at, before they put destiny on Unity. In the movie they just slide it out into space and not put it anywhere. Can somebody answer where they put PMA-2 on STS-98.

It looks like they stuck PMA-2 on Z1 while they were moving stuff around.

This is exactly what they did. Atlantis docked to PMA-3 which at the time as berthed at the nadir Common Berthing Mechanism(CBM) of Unity.

That freed up PMA-2 to be moved around as necessary during the mission.
