Hi  update to my exterior Payloads for the Zvezda Module

This replaces the Config files for the UrtheCast and the Exterior Exposure Payload (it wasn't located properly)  also fixes the Attachment point on the UrtheCast so you can have a PFR foot restraint.

you need to have installed before hand Thortons ISS V3.2 for the Zvezda Module and APFR work station.

also a bonus is exterior detailing of debris sheilding and some pipe work  none of these affect Thortons Zvezda Addon so will be safe for every other addon-

Unzip to your orbiter setup then Cut and Paste addons to add to your own Scenario
