3D Landscape

Hi. I'm new to Orbiter, but think is absolutely great. The only thing that I really wish to be changed is the flat terrain on the planets. I have heard there are some addons that change the terrain to 3D landscape, but which one is worth installing, is collision detection implemented in any one of them?
Any suggestions/recommendations?

One word: ORULEX! Orulex is a terrain generator. You can find it here
