A 3D printed RL-10C-X just completed an extended-duration hotfire test...

http://www.rocket.com/article/3-d-p...et-engine-soars-through-initial-round-testing

The initial round of testing included hot firing the RL10C-X prototype engine three times the duration of a typical RL10 mission, including high mixture ratio operation and multiple engine restarts. The 3-D printed engine components and the entire engine system remain in excellent condition with significant life remaining.
...
The 3-D printed components that were tested in the RL10C-X prototype make up the very core of the engine: the injector and the thrust chamber. The injector mixes the liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen propellants and delivers them to the thrust chamber where they are burned, creating hot gases that produce thrust as they exit the engine. These components were selected because they offer the greatest cost reduction potential while delivering excellent performance and reliability.

Aerojet Rocketdyne must be one of the oldest, if not the oldest name in rocket manufacturing?

Probably. Aerojet dates back to the years immediately following WWII, as it was spun off from JPL shortly after the war ended.

The 36,000 kg hook, designed specifically for use in offshore lifting operations, has been certified by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). Following certification it was recently installed aboard the the OOS Serooskerke, a semi submersible crane, and is due to be fitted on sister vessel the OOS Walcheren in the near future.
Tipped to be the first 3D printed crane hooks in history, the installations mark an important step forward in the production, and acceptance, of end use 3D printed heavy lifting components in the maritime and offshore industry.

Drone development undertaken by BAE Systems in collaboration with The University of Manchester has reached a new landmark.
Earlier in May this year, the MAGMA unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) successfully completed trials proving the capabilities of its “flap-free” flight technologies.
As a result, MAGMA is believed to have become the first vehicle in aviation history to be manoeuvred in flight using supersonically blown air, a technology which improves the complicated task of controlling an aircraft at low-speeds.

Creabis, a Kirchheim-based 3D printing service bureau, is using Relyon Plasma’s piezobrush PZ2, a handheld cold plasma device, to bond 3D printed parts.
The piezobrush PZ2 uses plasma to activate surface particles of a substance which strengthens the adhesion between joined parts. With a strong bond between assembled 3D printed parts, it is possible to manufacture large-sized sturdy components on small sized 3D printers.
According to the CEO of Creabis, Ralf Deuke, plasma-aided bonding will lead to more novel applications in 3D printing.

Californian off-world manufacturer Made In Space has been awarded with a $73.7 million contract from NASA to demonstrate 3D printing in a Low Earth Orbit (LEO).
Using Archinaut One, a small spacecraft capable of additive manufacturing in micro-gravity, Made In Space will 3D print two extending 10 meter beams from each side of the system. Each beam will enable two solar arrays that generate five times more power than traditional solar panels on satellites of similar size.
