I am looking for extensive database for the properties, orbits, composition, topography and more about asteroids, exoplanets, ... I am looking for this information to build a more complete solar systems, and galaxies. I've Google searched several times for Asteroid databases, but only found results for the Near Earth Asteroids. I've found quite a database for the Exoplanets on The Celestia Motherlode site. They have plots for asteroids and galaxies too. They may be extensive but not complete.
