I added a new release at Orbithangar that fixes the issue with the latest D3D9 client and that persists the MFD settings across camera and vessel changes. Some minor improvements are also included.

Changelog version 20160920:
  • Fixed ADI ball rendering with D3D9 clients
  • Preserved MFD state between camera and vessel changes
  • Improved visuals for small panels
  • Fixed target and velocity marker in docking mode
  • Added indicators for climb rate and acceleration
  • Added attitude reference marker in ECL, EQU and OV/OM
  • Updated documentation

OH says:
Date Added: 21/09/16
??

Yes, it is my first OH post, so it took a while to get unlocked. In the meantime I forgot to check if it is already visible. :embarrassed:
Anyway, it is the latest version.

Hello @cyph0r

Just tried this MFD after orbital insertion of the ISSR/Zarya, which is an Orbiter 2010 vessel (This means the HUD doesn't work in Orbiter 2016), and let me tell you, It's fantastic !!! I can now orient myself with minimal fuel usage, don't need to rely on the Orbiter 2016 autopilots for PG / RtrG / NML+ /NML- anymore :D

Cheers.
