That's the nature of human spaceflight. Just remember STS. It was a real pain in this regard and one could write a book about the anomalies . But at the end, it launched a 135 times for 30 years.

Also, just look at spacecraft, we consider rock-solid today, like Soyuz. It had a really troublesome development already before its first flight, its unmanned tests didn't really work without critical issues and its first manned flight ended in disaster. It was pure banana-ware. The most problem-free development was Gemini. It only had minor bugs and underperformance.
