Well, Ship V2 is repeating V1's path so far, with the first two not reaching "orbit" and the third having a door fail, so loss of control along with it would be appropriate I guess

Well, when the 'upgrades' could have been as simple as reverting to previous designs that lacked the random RUD feature, I wouldn't really call it an 'improvement'.

I wonder if ullage and leaks aren't overpowering /depleting the RCS, assuming it has one, though
