Request Dual-Keel Space Station addon (STATION REQUEST)

Latest. I am working on the sat repair module. I will be a separate vessel and attached to the truss.
For the Columbus and JEM you need them from A to Z ISS

Thanks. But I wonder if we just add those meshes. Not functional.
Or just have a simple cfg. With the mesh and dock info.

Just a simple cfg like this:
Meshname = 37 Mass = 1e4 Size = 4.5 ; === Docking ports === BEGIN_DOCKLIST 2.3 -4.628 11.439 1 0 0 0 1 0 END_DOCKLIST

The JEM is a bit harder as is 2 parts. Not sure if the rms arm is part of the meshes?

I am stumped. I made a simple module. But I get a CTD on reloading the scn. It has to do with the dock. If not docked then not issues. I know the position is wrong

I figured out. I guess you cannot have an attached vessel and a dock? So I just added 2 docks for the sat repair.

As far as extra modules. I have 2 docks at the end for other modules. If you just want them to be seen You can use a simple cfg and mesh. If you want active vessel then you and dock the vessels.

Right now the Dual Keel is a cfg of a mesh and docks.

The Freedom is like that. BUT if more is needed like cameras, moveable solar panels,..... it will require a dll module.

Now sure what else. You can adapt it as you like. On the extra modules. I just reused the ISS_HD Modules meshes and made a simple cfg so you can dock.

Freedom.
This is just a mesh and docks.

I can do a dll for both. Add cameras.
It looks like the dual keel has RCS. not sure if Freedom does.
Solar panel animation. I can get them to rotate along one axis. But it looks like the ends can rotate also

Freedom's RCS thrusters are located in the truss section designated as P2 and S2 respectively, which were removed from the ISS when the Russian modules provided similar capability

Tiring to find a drawing/image. BUt I will put them on the top and bottom of the truss near the solar panels.

When the dual-keel design was cancelled in favor of a single-truss design in 1987, Freedom also lost two US modules and two nodes on the rear, their positions were filled up by the JEM and European Module (Columbus)

Also visible are the early design concepts of most likely what became of the Quest Airlock (there are two in the concept art above)

Thanks. Well we are duplicate this setup.
I guess the red are RCS? Odd they are only 2 sets? There seems to be no dock for the shuttle. I can add those extra boxes. I can add docks to the nodes so one can add other modules,......

Green = Yes those are airlocks (most likely). There are two in the drawing
Red = I agree those look like RCS pods to me

As for the shuttle docks, it's on the other side of the drawing, but not visible from our vantage point, it's design must be similar to the earlier dual-keel concept

I guess we are assuming that up is up in the image?

If so the habitats are below the center truss. I think in the dual keel they are above it.

RCS. In the image it looks like the radiators rotate ? they are extended out
