We will get this. I Can make a simple airlock vessel. I can make it like the new Quest where you can eva,.....

These four modules were removed on the single keel 1987 design concept

Also the nodes were redesigned as cylindrical structures that look more like what the Harmony and Tranquility modules look like today:

So the nodes connecting need to be changed. I did see they need to be longer. Rather than round they a more cylinders with docks on them, right?

The spherical objects are not airlocks but US made CBM berthing nodes, similar to the docking nodes on Zarya, Zvezda and the dedicated Node Module docked to the nadir docking port of the MLM Nauka.

It looks like the CBM are basically rings. I will see what I can come up with. But all this is before ISS.

How are hatches set up in the common berthing mechanism (CBM)?

I have read about the common berthing mechanism on ISS and how the attachment process works and how the pressure seal is established, and I think I have that part figured out. There is a passive CB...

Not just if we could just use the harmony and dock it. BUt it will look odd. compared to the long modules

So what if I just have the trusses,..... and a dock for a module to dock to the truss. I would attach it but it seems attachments and dock don't work well

So what do use for the main habitat module?
Airlock. Use the Quest?
docks? Use the PMA bent

the larger nodes work super as well as the ESA ns JAXA modules you could use 2 of the US labs and the cupola and Quest air lock

I think I can use this setup. This are from the ISS HD meshes. It also looked like it had 2 radiators by the solar panels. But it looks like only one on each side of the truss?

This is the dual keel minus the top and bottom. But it seems longer than the drawing?

The Freedom modules were indeed longer than the later ISS modules that actually flew to space. Also, I agree the truss model above seems longer than the drawings

I think the US lab aka Destiny is supposed to be 13.5M long this is about 9.4

I see the Freedom with 14/15 cubes. Different radiators.

The ESA module is longer that the columbus. I can strench the destiny to 13.5 meters and columbus to that also.

And just use those ISS _HD meshes as 1 unit and mount it under the truss.

With the shuttle docked. The one thing I noticed. IS may need to redo the ends of Harmony. I understand why. because they are just meshes part of the bigger picture. The end where the squareish hatch should be.

If you turn one of the PMAs 180 degrees, you might be able to dock 2 shuttles.

Better. I think it has a RMS arm attached to the truss. I may just add that as part of the mesh.

For rcs. I need mass and fuel and thrust values

I added a rms arm and docked the HL20. It does load in 2016 BUT ctd on cockpit view
