This is the second trade mission and test the launcher Peregrin. Under the program, the commercial launch expected the launch of the communications satellite Cursa, this launch will be tested in the 4th stage light "Mule-L" (Light) amending the specifications of the whole launcher called Peregrin-L. As the larger version of the Mule-L is designed to position one or more satellites on different orbits.
